You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of the production of trustworthy resources that reach Christians, seeking spiritual growth and education, around the world. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans for resource production projects, ensuring efficient timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, keeping stakeholders informed of key updates and milestones.
  • Foster a strong relationship with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure that projects meet all applicable requirements and adhere to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Facilitate the Publishing Operations weekly meeting, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead the Outreach & Engagement Operations meeting, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Perform necessary administrative functions to support the resource production process.
  • Provide support to the Product Data team as needed.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 – $62,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.

Position Qualifications:

  • Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries General Statement of Faith.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
  • Two or more years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled at multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and assertive, with the ability to take initiative in managing relationships and projects.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in working with various software, including Project Management, eCommerce, and Reporting tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
