(Closed to New Admissions) Designed to prepare students for counseling ministry, specifically licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, in a 78 semester-hour degree over 2 or 3 years.
Provides advanced academic preparation (beyond the MDiv) in theology and biblical studies, equipping pastors with deeper resources for preaching and pastoral ministry and forming scholars to excel in further theological research (such as PhD study).
Designed for those in full-time Christian ministry, especially those serving in the local church, to further equip you for faithful ministry.
Special Programs
Hybrid MDiv
RTS Orlando’s Hybrid MDiv program enables students to earn quality ministry preparation without relocating. Candidates will finish at least 36 credits in residence and up to 70 credits online. In-person classes are offered in a hybrid (part online, part on-campus) or intensive format, enabling students to complete residential requirements with seven one-week trips to the Orlando campus.
Certificate in Faith, Work, and Culture
RTS Orlando’s Certificate in Faith, Work, and Culture, prepares a student to responsibly fulfill their various callings, in the workplace and in other avenues of culture-making, and to equip others to do so with a biblical formation.
Certificate Program
An online graduate certificate is one of the most convenient ways to invest in theological formation and increase the ways you can serve the church. In 8-13 credit, discipline-specific certificate programs, you can deepen your understanding of the Scriptures for personal growth while opening doors for teaching, writing, and more.
Paideia Center for Theological Discipleship
Regional reading groups and an annual conference providing pastors and lay leaders with guided exposure to classic theological texts of the Christian tradition.
