Job Description:

The Director of Campaign Operations is responsible to the Vice President of Global Ministry & Strategic Initiatives (Department VP) to support initiatives for which he is responsible by assisting him as he oversees all aspects of LTW’s evangelism campaigns and strategic ministry events both domestically and internationally. 

Responsibilities include coordination between staff, development and cultivation of ministry and donor relationships with timely communication to and from the department VP, providing assistance to office and field staff, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of budgets, and executing duties with excellence so that the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be maximized and the conversion of the lost to Christ will be followed up with spiritual nurture and care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all department initiatives that interface with the LTW media department to ensure messaging consistency between brands and within Celebration activities 
  • Supervise the logistics and arrangements for Celebration team travel, LTW team hotel, and team hospitality for each campaign city
  • Supervise daily activities of the campaign department team to ensure alignment to the highest degree of efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Manage the booking, travel, logistics, etc. of all artists under contract for a Celebration program
  • Assist the department VP in the research and development of departmental budgets
  • Handle designated interaction with local Executive Committee gatherings at proclamation events
  • Track departmental spending and provide communication to department VP
  • Synergize LTW media content, helping implement local advertising and promotional plans for Celebration events
  • Supervise special projects as assigned by the department VP
  • Advise the department VP of any issues that arise that may jeopardize the effectiveness of a campaign or other event
  • Provide leadership to department staff and field teams by modeling biblical principles that encourage and enhance Christian relationships
  • Display, at all times, a service attitude and professionalism when interacting with internal staff and ministry partners

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • A mature Christian faith and an evident passion for the ministry of Leading The Way
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-capacity teams
  • Proven track record of organizing and directing large-scale city-wide campaigns and events
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational, and project management skills demonstrated successfully in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience developing and managing complex budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong personal relationships, working collaboratively and leading teams to desired objectives
  • Outstanding negotiation ability
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a high detail orientation
  • Resourceful and adept at problem-solving
  • Adapts well to change
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passionate about quality of execution; able to develop a plan and execute it
  • Personal qualities of honesty and integrity; self-starter; highly motivated
  • Works well under pressure
  • An understanding of multimedia and AV equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must live in the Metropolitan Atlanta area within a reasonable commuting distance of LTW headquarters

Compensation for the Director of Campaign Operations includes:

  • Salary

  • After one year, eligibility to participate in 403(b) retirement plan—currently LTW contributes 9% of salary to plan and matches a portion of employee contributions
  • Vacation, holiday, personal, and sick pay
