Description of Organization

Grace Bible Church (Allenwood, NJ) Associate Pastor of Youth & Children’s Ministry & Tech

The Big Picture

Grace Bible Church (jerseygrace.org) seeks a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth & Children’s Ministry and Tech.

Summary:

At Grace we are committed to making, maturing, and multiplying disciples of Jesus Christ for the glory of God, here on the Jersey Shore and around the world. We’ll do that best in the context of Youth and Children’s Ministry when we are committed to evangelizing children, encouraging parents, and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. This ministry requires a pastoral approach that prioritizes the development of servants and leaders so that the whole church is built up through parents sitting under the word, kids growing in the gospel and servants maturing in their walk with Christ. It requires the conviction that parents are the primary disciplers of their children and the role of this ministry is to complement, support, and encourage that work. Tech is a useful instrument to extend the reach of our ministry and invite new people to get to know us before they visit. It also facilitates the work of ministry throughout the week as we maintain our hardware and network.
