RTS Chancellor Dr. Ligon Duncan and Board Chairman Richard Ridgway offer remarks at the dedication and ribbon cutting for the new RTS Jackson campus.

Dr. Charlie Wingard welcomes guests at the beginning of the event. Dr. Guy Waters offers a prayer prior to Ridgway’s comments on the purpose statement of RTS. Finally, Dr. Duncan gives a short devotional on Psalm 90:1-2 before cutting the ribbon alongside Ridgway and board members Biff Bracy and George Fair.

Dr. Charles M. Wingard

Charlie Wingard (DMin, Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary) serves as Professor of Pastoral Theology and Dean of Students at RTS Jackson. Since May 2023, he has also served as Minister of Shepherding at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson. You can follow him on Twitter.

Dr. Guy P. Waters

Dr. Guy Waters (Ph.D., Duke University) is the James M. Baird, Jr. Professor of New Testament and Academic Dean at RTS Jackson. In 2003, he became a teaching elder in the Mississippi Valley Presbytery (PCA). He served as the Chair of the Credentials Committee for more than ten years.

Dr. J. Ligon Duncan III

Ligon Duncan (MDiv, Covenant Theological Seminary; PhD, University of Edinburgh) is the Chancellor & CEO of Reformed Theological Seminary, the John E. Richards Professor of Systematic and Historical Theology, and the President of RTS Jackson. He has authored, co-authored, edited, or contributed to numerous books. You can follow him on Twitter.
