Dr. Ligon Duncan introduces Joshua: No Falling Words, an accessible commentary on the book of Joshua by Dr. Dale Ralph Davis.

Hello, I’m Ligon Duncan, and this is RTS Book Notes. Today, I want to tell you about a volume by Dale Ralph Davis. Ralph Davis taught for us at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson on two tours of duty. Most recently, he served with Derek Thomas, one of our Chancellor’s Professors, at First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, South Carolina. And basically, you want to buy and read every book that Ralph Davis has ever written. This book is his commentary on Joshua. It’s called No Falling Words. It’s in the Focus on the Bible series by our friends at Christian Focus Publications in Scotland. By the way, Dr. Davis has a bunch of volumes in that Focus on the Bible series, and you want to go out and buy every single one of them. This commentary on Joshua will be a great help to you if you are teaching or preaching through that book. Remember again: buy everything you can by Ralph Davis.
