Hello, I’m Ligon Duncan, and this is RTS Book Notes. Today, I want to tell you about a book called Opening Up 2 Samuel, by Dr. Jim Newheiser of Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte. This Day One series is a very helpful little series, and this is a brief exposition of the book of 2 Samuel. As a pastor, I’m always looking for things that will help me boil down, outline, and organize when I’m teaching and preaching through Bible passages. The “Opening Up” series really helps me do this, and this volume by Jim Newheiser is particularly helpful. Thank you so much for listening to RTS Book Notes.
