Job Title:

Missionary & Development Officer: Christian Witness to Israel (N America)

Job Description:

This is a strategic role within CWI (N America) that involves:

(i) Leading and assisting frontline Jewish evangelism in a local church.

(ii) Instructional Development of the CWINA ministry in local churches.

(iii) Support raising, initially with assisted subsidy.

As a para-church ministry Christian Witness to Israel (N. America) exists to assist the Church in its mission. With our particular experience, history, and focus, we seek to burden and inspire churches and individuals with the puritan hope for the redemption of the Jewish people (according to Romans 9-11) and we lead by example, assisting and implementing local church outreach to our Jewish neighbors in major areas of the USA.

The Missionary and Development Officer will thus engage in frontline evangelism and seek opportunity in local churches to grow the burden for such among the Lord’s people.

The Missionary and Development Officer will work under the operational oversight to the Director of Ministry of CWINA and under the spiritual oversight of the local church.

The Missionary and Development Officer must subscribe to one of the reformed confessions and be in sympathy with our ‘Principles and Practice’ document. www.cwina.org/principles-and-practice

This is a support raising position, but partial subsidy from the CWINA Development Fund is available for suitable candidates to enable an efficient start to the ministry. There will be a trial period and training period, under the authority and care of the CWINA Director of Ministry, during which time support targets and ministry goals, will be reported and assessed regularly.
