Hello, I’m Ligon Duncan, and this is RTS Book Notes. Today, I want to tell you about a book by Dick Belcher. This book is called Prophet, Priest, and King: The Roles of Christ in the Bible and Our Roles TodayIt’s published by P&R. And Dr. Belcher, who teaches Old Testament at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and also serves as the dean for Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta as well as Charlotte, walks us through the Bible’s teaching about prophet, priest, and king going all the way back to Genesis 1, 2, and 3 and then taking that theme through the Old Testament and the New and unveiling the importance of those categories about Christ and about what we are called to believe today. I commend to you Prophet, Priest, and King by Dick Belcher. Thanks for listening to RTS Book Notes.
