Hello. I’m Ligon Duncan, and this is RTS Book Notes. Today, I want to tell you about a book by Tim and Kathy Keller. Dr. Tim Keller, the longtime senior pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, teaches for Reformed Theological Seminary at the RTS New York City campus, led by Dr. Jay Harvey. This is Tim and Kathy’s book, The Meaning of Marriage. It’s a very substantial volume on the subject of marriage. It’s published by Penguin, and it’s a book that you can put in the hands of not only those that are preparing for marriage, but couples who are already married, and frankly, to anyone in the congregation who you want to inculcate with a robust biblical doctrine of marriage. Tim and Kathy have a model marriage themselves, and they’ve done so much good teaching on this over the years in the context of their own church. I know that you’ll find this a help in your own.
