Hello, I’m Ligon Duncan, the chancellor of Reformed Theological Seminary, and this is RTS Book Notes. Today I want to tell you about a book about the New Testament. This book is called A Biblical-Theological Introduction to the New Testament: The Gospel Realized. It’s a companion to a book about the Old Testament that was also written by RTS faculty members.

This volume was edited by Mike Kruger, who is a professor of New Testament and early Christianity at RTS in Charlotte, but it has contributions from RTS New Testament scholars all across our system. It’s designed to get you into the content of each of the books of the New Testament and put it in the framework of overall redemptive history. I think pastors and teachers will find this especially helpful as a resource as you study individual Bible books or as you teach through a survey of the whole New Testament. Thanks for listening. This has been RTS Book Notes.

Note: A Biblical-Theological Introduction to the New Testament is published by our friends at Crossway.
