Job Description:
Faith Evangelical Free Church in Sparta, Wisconsin is seeking a Pastor/Director of Youth Ministries. Experience in youth ministry is required. Additionally, experience with children’s ministry is desired. We seek a humble, teachable spirit to minister to youth, and to bridge with our children’s ministries toward fully devoted relationships with Jesus Christ. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. This is a full-time, salaried role with our church. Under the mentoring supervision of our Senior Pastor, we are committed to equipping the Pastor/Director of Youth toward broader opportunities in church leadership, ministry to parents and families, and development toward a seasoned life of gospel ministry.
