Job Description:
Working with our Lead Pastor of Care and Outreach the primary responsibilities of the Lead Pastor of Preaching and Teaching will be preaching the Word, organizing corporate worship, overseeing adult education and managing staff and volunteer leaders

● Biblical qualifications of an Elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9)
● A Master of Divinity with a command of Biblical languages or comparable degree
● At least 5 years experience in a pastoral role
● Ability to proclaim the Word of God to edify listeners at varying levels of spiritual maturity
● Upholding the FCCH Statement of Faith and our commitments to the CCCC (see the church profile)
● Ability to embrace our shared leadership model
