As the Online Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international outreach efforts by ensuring brand consistency and promoting Ligonier’s message across our websites and social media channels worldwide. Your responsibilities will include coordinating translated digital content, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating efficient collaboration with international partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand fidelity across International Outreach social media accounts and websites and improve the consistency of layout and organization across international websites.
  • Coordinate and distribute Creative assets, ensuring seamless collaboration with freelancers.
  • Facilitate the transfer of articles between translators and editors.
  • Assist in publishing and advertising schedules for online platforms.
  • Administer book sections on international websites, ensuring timely updates and availability of resources.
  • Develop and implement online outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Present regular reports detailing invoices and ensure timely payments to freelancers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems.
  • Contribute to reports on department activities using appropriate metrics.
  • Proofread copy for spelling and grammar, suggesting improvements.
  • Work independently and within a team on special projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments on various projects as necessary.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $22.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Neat, well-organized, and takes initiative
  • Familiarity with task management suites, such as Airtable, Monday, or similar solution
  • Meticulous and thorough with strong spelling and grammatical proficiency
  • Good listening and note-taking skills
  • Professional, courteous, and clear communication
  • Strong technological proficiency, and intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude
  • Maintains appropriate confidentiality
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries General Statement of Faith
  • Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries Standards of Conduct

This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, Florida. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
