The Church
Hillsdale Bible Church is a Bible-preaching church with a strong emphasis on the equipping of the saints, fellowship, and a wide-ranging missions program. We seek to be a light in our community and in the surrounding communities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Pastor
· Spend time with the Lord and in His word, then faithfully bring truth to the church through preaching and teaching in an expository manner.
· Play an active role in the fellowship and spiritual development of the group of elders.
· Participate in the planning and execution of the worship service.
· Shepherd the flock! Know those in the church and actively participate in their lives.
The Compensation
$50,000 – 65,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
A parsonage is provided

THE BIG PICTURE
Hillsdale Bible Church (https://www.hillsdalebiblechurch.org) is seeking a full-time Pastor to preach the Word of God and shepherd the people of God.
Hillsdale Bible Church is an independent, non-denominational church located in the small farming town of Hillsdale, Oklahoma. Our church was established 130 years ago as Hillsdale Congregational Church and has continued to thrive despite the small size of our town. We draw people from a larger area, with many coming from Enid, a small city nearby. We average approximately 120 people each Sunday. We have an active children's and youth ministry, a great music program, and have benefited from solid biblical teaching down through the generations. We are conservative in our theology and pre-millennial and pre-trib in our eschatology.
Our pastor is stepping down and will be taking on a regional position with a church-planting organization. Hillsdale Christian school, a growing and thriving Pre-K-12 school, is right across the street. It is not directly affiliated with the church, but of course there are very close ties. We believe our church has tremendous growth potential, especially aimed at young families. There are many opportunities for a pastor to exercise his spiritual gifts and use his abilities to serve the Lord.
