About Ms. Carter
Leslye Carter was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and lives in Richmond west of Houston. Her career as an Admin Assistant in the corporate environment included experience in energy, utility, finance, human resources along with engineering and construction industries. In the last twelve years, she promoted to Executive Assistant, supported Executive Management and was in the acquisition by Technip, a global E&C company in France. She has experience working in non-profit and has joined RTS Houston as their Admin Assistant. Leslye has served her church community in many different leadership roles. She enjoys time with family, lifelong friends, cooking, plays, reading, and travel. She is excited to serve RTS Houston.
