Ms. Kat Garrison

Kat grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and is a proud Auburn graduate, where she earned her B.S. in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies with a minor in Spanish. After graduating, she served on the Kids’ Ministry Team at Auburn Community Church, where she deepened her passion for discipleship, community, and walking alongside others in their spiritual and emotional growth. She recently moved to Jackson, MS to pursue her Master of Arts in Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary, with a desire to serve others through Christ-centered care. Kat loves her family, traveling, long walks with her dog – Sam, meaningful conversations over coffee, and helping create spaces for people to come together to feel seen and loved.
