Before joining RTS Gretchen helped with administration at Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS for the communications team and has also held administrative roles at UT Austin, Beacon Shoe Company, and a direct mailing firm. She attends Redeemer Church with her husband, Andy, and two sons.
