About Mr. Quarles
Bobby Quarles is a Jackson, MS native who graduated from Forest Hill High School and Mississippi College in Clinton, MS (BBS Business). He joined RTS after retiring from a lengthy, successful career in financial services. His last position was Regional Manager for the Asset Management & Trust Division of BancorpSouth Bank. Mr. Quarles holds several professional designations including CLU, ChFC, FLMI, and CTFA. He is past president of the Mississippi Estate Planning Council and a former board member of the Financial Planning Association of Mississippi. He is a graduate of the National Bankers Association Advanced Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He is also a graduate of several other estate planning, estate distribution, and trust industry schools.
He was married to Judy Welch in 1971 and they have three children and seven grandchildren. They are active members of Pinehaven Presbyterian Church, (PCA) in Clinton, MS. He was a Deacon at St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS for 38 years. He served as a Board Member and President of the St. Paul Day School.
