Oliver was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife Elizabeth (Liza) met at Whitworth University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a minor in Spanish. Oliver and Liza moved to Jackson in 2026 where he is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at RTS while she teaches at Christ Covenant School. They are members of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA), where Oliver also serves as an intern. Oliver enjoys cycling, cooking, and reading aloud with Liza.
