About Mr. Crabb

Before coming to RTS Jackson in 2000, John worked at the Phoenix Public Library in Phoenix, Arizona from 1989 to 2000, as well as the Glendale Community College library, and the Arizona Adult Literacy and Technology and Resource Center. He earned his undergraduate degree in English at Grand Canyon University in 1993, his Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from the University of Arizona in 1995, and his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from RTS in 2013. He interned at the Tucson Public Library during his MLS graduate studies. John and his family moved to Jackson in 2000 when John was appointed as the RTS Jackson Library’s Technical Services Librarian. He became Director of the Library in 2013. In Phoenix, John developed the web site, and led the children’s Sunday School program, for Fellowship of Grace (PCA.) He recently participated in a missional church plant in Clinton where he lives with his wife, Tanya, and his step-daughter Alexis. His son, Daniel, lives in Orlando, Florida.
