About Mr. Goff
Ben Goff is a Mississippi native, born and raised in Meadville, MS. He is married to Olivia, who is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at RTS Jackson. Ben and Olivia attend and serve Redemption Church, a church that was planted in 2021 located in Hazlehurst, MS. As Student Services Coordinator, Ben longs to see the students of RTS Jackson receive the aid they need to be successful in their academic and ministerial endeavors.
Ben received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University. After sensing a call to ministry, he went on to earn a Master of Theological Studies degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. As a lifelong learner, Ben is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Ben has served in various capacities within the local church including pastoral ministry, youth and collegiate ministry, missions, and serves his current church as a lay leader with preaching and teaching responsibilities. Ben has a heart to see others prepared and sent into the world equipped to be disciple-makers.
