Jim Williams and his wife Andrea have been married for over three decades and are the proud parents of three grown children and grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Jim joins RTS after a hotel career with leadership roles within Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt Hotels. He also served as Director of Operations for the Hotel Division of Quality Oil Company, where he oversaw multiple properties and teams focused on operational excellence, guest experience, and staff development. Other professional highlights include CEO/COO of Carolina Crown, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to developing young leaders through the performing arts. Jim’s leadership is marked by his commitment to unity, integrity, and stewardship—values he believes are as vital in the workplace as they are in ministry.
Jim and his wife are founders of Books & Beats, LLC, created to engage children on a fun and interactive learning journey through books, active story times, read-alongs, and events. The expanding content covers a wide range of topics, including personal virtues, life lessons, and more. Their passion is to provide wholesome, educational, and character-building media content for children.
Jim is active in ministry at Tega Cay Baptist Church, where he serves as an Elder, while leading TC Men!, a discipleship journey designed to help men grow in faith, character, and authentic brotherhood.
Jim is honored to join the community at Reformed Theological Seminary, partnering in its mission of preparing men and women for a lifetime of service in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
