Dr. K.L. Cunningham
Dr. K. L. Cunningham currently serves in leadership with a nonprofit entity and as a preaching elder at an Acts29 church in West Houston. He is also a course developer, subject matter expert, and adjunct instructor in the Global Studies department at Liberty University.
Kyle has undergraduate degrees in Business Economics and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, received a Master of Divinity with biblical languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and completed a doctorate in Intercultural Studies at Biola University, focusing his dissertation research on conceptualizations of assigned leadership by urban Muslims in an Asian context.
Kyle grew up in the metro Houston area and the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been married to Donna for 26 years and has three sons, with whom he spent many years living overseas. He loves spending time with family and friends, exercising, and drinking green tea and coffee.
