JACKSON, Miss. — Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Zach Hubbs to its Board of Trustees, further strengthening the seminary’s commitment to faithful leadership and service to the church.
Dr. Hubbs serves as Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Truss Software, a cloud-based platform serving the structural building components industry. He is also Founder and Principal of Thistle + Stone Advisors, a leadership and governance consulting firm focused on organizational health and mission-driven leadership. Throughout his career, he has served in executive leadership roles across manufacturing, building materials, software, and consumer products industries.
“Zach brings thoughtful leadership, strategic insight, and a deep love for Christ and His church,” said Richard Ridgway, Chairman of the RTS Board of Trustees. “His experience leading organizations, combined with his commitment to the mission of theological education, will be a tremendous asset to RTS as we continue equipping pastors and ministry leaders for service around the world.”
Originally from Dalton, Ga., Dr. Hubbs earned a business degree from Covenant College and later completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree from University of South Florida, where his dissertation examined burnout and the role empathy and gratitude play in mitigating workplace demands. He also holds professional credentials including NACD.DC from the National Association of Corporate Directors and SHRM-SCP.
An ordained Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America since 2012, Dr. Hubbs has served as both Ruling Elder and Clerk of Session in PCA churches in Tennessee and Florida. He currently worships with his family at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church in Lookout Mountain, Tn. He also serves on the board of Ridge Haven Camp and previously served as board chair for Evangelical Christian School in Fort Myers, Fl.

Dr. Hubbs and his wife, Heather, met while attending Covenant College and have been married since shortly after graduation. They reside in Lookout Mountain, Ga., with their two sons, Graham and Grayson.
