VADM Scott Redd Elected to RTS Board

VADM Redd, the first Senate-confirmed director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) of the U.S. from 2005-2007, has been elected to the RTS Board of Trustees. Prior to his appointment at the NCTC, he served on the WMD Intelligence Commission. In 2004, he served as deputy administrator and COO of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and after graduation studied in Uruguay as a Fulbright Scholar and as a Burke Scholar, receiving a Master of Science degree in operations analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
