An active ruling elder at Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA), Dale’s deep-rooted commitment to the Reformed faith and the local church reflects the character and conviction to RTS values in its development team. He and his wife Janet, parents of five and grandparents of nine, bring a rich legacy of family faithfulness to the Charlotte community and to the work of RTS.

At Mississippi State University, she led communications efforts for Housing and Residence Life, developing campaigns, managing websites, and mentoring student creatives, while also teaching courses in social media analytics and communication. Now based in Madison, Mississippi, Sydney brings both professional skill and a genuine love for meaningful, well-crafted communication to her work at the seminary. Her desire to walk faithfully in the calling God has placed on her heart makes her a welcome and gifted addition to the RTS communications team.
