Youth Ministry Director: Seven Hills Fellowship
Job Description:
Seven Hills Fellowship seeks a Christ-centered, fun, and humble leader to guide the church’s established youth ministry. Grounded in a relationship-based model of ministry, we seek to nurture spiritual growth through friendship, encouragement, and mentoring, so that Seven Hills youth take ownership of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, interpret culture through a Biblical, Reformed worldview, and have a heart for the lost. We want for Seven Hills Youth Ministry to be a warm, fun and safe atmosphere where memories are made, grace is modeled, and students belong.
The Youth Ministry Director provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to middle and high school students. This role oversees all aspects of youth ministry. The Director also collaborates closely with parents, equipping them as primary disciplers, and connects youth ministry initiatives with the broader mission of the church. By fostering an environment that is gospel- centered, creative, and welcoming, the Director helps students encounter Jesus Christ, grow as disciples, and become contributing members of the church body.
The Youth Director reports to the Ministry Director and serves as part of Seven Hills’ broader ministry team, which includes participation in corporate worship, events, and other church programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Sunday and Wednesday evening youth programming, including teaching
- Lead Youth Parent Advisory Committee meetings
- Manage youth ministry budgets
- Annual and seasonal goal-setting and event planning
- Volunteer recruitment and training
- Parent engagement
- Other duties as assigned, in collaboration with the broader ministry team

Position Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
- A personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, exemplifying a deep understanding of the Gospel and the transformative power of God’s grace, in the context of Reformed Christian faith.
- Proven experience in youth ministry, pastoral care, or related fields, demonstrating a commitment to accessibility and love of one’s neighbor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience developing and supporting a group of volunteers (preferred).
