Job Description:

The Project Specialist, Donor Logistics & Fulfillment manages the logistics and fulfillment of donor engagement initiatives at Ligonier Ministries. This position ensures the accurate and timely execution of all mailing and distribution efforts related to the Ministry Partner Program, donor appeals, and year-end giving campaigns.

Under the leadership of the Manager, Ministry Partner Program & Donor Engagement, this role will coordinate production schedules, oversee vendor partnerships, and maintain high-quality standards. The Project Specialist will collaborate with Creative, Communications, Engagement, and Advancement teams to streamline fulfillment workflows and optimize cost efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee fulfillment of monthly Ministry Partner packages, ensuring all materials are printed, assembled, and mailed on schedule.
  • Manage logistics for monthly donor appeals, ensuring production, mailing, and distribution are executed efficiently.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimize packaging, fulfillment, and mailing processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and track fulfillment performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and donor expectations in all logistics and mailing operations.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure proper audience segmentation and targeting for donor communications.
  • Develop and implement best practices for packaging, fulfillment, and mailing workflows.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective fulfillment solutions.
  • Analyze donor engagement and response rates, making recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Position Qualifications:

  • Agreement and affirmation of Ligonier’s Core Statement of Faith.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or mailing operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience working with fulfillment vendors and print/mailing logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot logistical challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and improving fulfillment workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
This position is for a non-profit Christian organization located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $31.00 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
