We’re Seeking a Pastor Who:
- Is affirmed by a church of like faith as meeting the biblical qualifications of an elder
- Has a clear calling and ability to preach God’s Word with accuracy and power
- Is committed to expositional and exegetical preaching
- Embraces the 1689 Confession in both doctrine and practice
Preferred:
- Previous experience serving as an elder
Compensation:
- Full-time salary with a housing allowance
- The final package will consider dependents and life stage

Pastoral Job Opening in Southeastern Ohio
We are a mid-sized Reformed Baptist church in Southeastern Ohio, with an average weekly attendance of about 80. Our congregation includes several young, homeschooling families, and we are currently transitioning from a deacon-led model to a plurality of elders. After 18 months of teaching and study, we joyfully adopted the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith. We are in a healthy financial position and looking for a man called to shepherd God’s people through faithful preaching and pastoral care.
