First Baptist Church of St. Matthews is prayerfully searching for a full time Pastor to lead our congregation and surrounding communities. We have a strong history and a heart for missions. Anticipated community growth will require an energetic Christian servant leader with a God-given passion for church renewal. We are seeking a Pastor who will prayerfully and effectively proclaim God’s inerrant Word. He must demonstrate a proven ablility to shepherd a multi-generational church and build Christian disciples and leaders. We are a Southern Baptist church committed to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message. Seminary training is preferred but not required.
