Position Qualifications:

The church is looking for a NextGen Pastor to oversee a growing team and lead all programming related to young people, including children, middle school, high school, and young adults. Is this you?

  • 25-45 years old’ish
  • At least 5 years of ministry experience
  • Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
  • Ability to oversee and lead staff at multiple levels
  • Personable and engaging
  • Must be doctrinally sound with a firm understanding of Scripture
  • A dynamic leader
  • Relational, and able to bring energy to all age groups
  • Ability to engage with cultural issues in a biblically faithful manner
  • Dynamic, charismatic leader
  • Has a passion for shepherding young people
  • Has strong leadership experience in ministry
  • Comfortable in a pastoral leadership role
  • Capable of developing and executing a strategy to reach the next generation with depth and purpose
  • Ability to cultivate a vibrant, fun, and safe environment for youth
  • Brings excitement, energy, and vision to the ministry
