Description of Organization
Four Points Church is an independent, reformed protestant church in the NW metro area of Atlanta, specifically, Acworth, GA. We are a member of the Acts29 churching planting network. Four Points is elder lead and currently has 4 elders and 2 elder candidates. Four Points has 400-450 people in attendance at Sunday services each week. Four Points Church membership is 126 members. Sunday attendance includes 91 kids on average (infant - 5th grade). The youth ministry runs 110 students (6th - 12th) each week, Wednesday nights.
Four Points meets at two services on Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 11:00. For the summer, we will be combining services to 10:00 with the goal of “being the church” as one and decreasing any burden on our volunteers, allowing for a period of rest through the summer. The goal and anticipation is to return to 2 services by Labor Day, once school is back in session.
We utilize a small group model for discipleship. We currently have 8 mixed family small groups, 7 men’s groups (Forged), and 12 ladies’ groups (Dwell).
