Marketing & Communications Specialist, Reformation Bible College: Ligonier Ministries

Job Description:

Are you passionate about marketing and excited by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on prospective students, donors, and alumni? Reformation Bible College is seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies that expand the reach and influence of the college. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a variety of tools and platforms, including the RBC website, social media, promotional videos, and print materials. You’ll also collaborate closely with other departments to support college events such as Preview Days, Welcome Week, and the Winter Conference.
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective students, influential stakeholders (including family members and church leaders), donors, and alumni.
  • Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all communications channels to ensure alignment with RBC’s mission and brand identity.
  • Manage RBC’s marketing tools, including the website, emails, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine strategies and explore new opportunities.
  • Manage and support enrollment strategies to attract and retain students.
  • Promote and support on-campus events such as Preview Days, Welcome Week, and Winter Conference.
  • Oversee event coverage, managing photography and videography to align with RBC’s brand.
  • Assist in managing the annual marketing budget.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or admissions.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, or short-form video production preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with task management tools like Wrike, Basecamp, or similar solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to conferences and events.
  • Agreement with Ligonier Ministries’ Core Statement of Faith.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, Fl. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $60,000 – $72,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
