JOB OVERVIEW:
Redemption Hill Church was planted in Greater Boston 13 years ago. Our Redemption Kids ministry exists to equip and come alongside of parents and guardians as we provide safe and fun environments for kids to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. The candidate will provide visionary leadership for our ministry, birth to Grade 5, with a strong focus on Sunday morning execution and follow-up. This role also includes some non-Sunday family experiences as well as time spent providing administrative support for the RHC Leadership Team. On-site presence required for Sunday experience but the role includes a highly flexible work week in a remote work environment. The candidate must live locally in order to integrate with congregation and community.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities include:
Drive strategic vision, planning, and implementation of RK ministry integrated with RHC overall.
Create and direct attractional Sunday morning experience for children and families.
Champion the development of strong leaders and volunteers.
Develop non-Sunday opportunities for children and families.
Provide administrative support as you coordinate “People Movement”, manage RHC Calendars, coordinate RHC softwares, collect metrics, and assist Elders in managing relationships with RHC stakeholders.

Team-Builder: Plans and leads meetings that amplifies vision and facilitates accountable action. Demonstrate passion
to see the continued development of Leaders and Team Members as they use their God-given giftedness to execute
their role responsibilities to the benefit of all.
Delegator: Direct others with the confidence that the most effective leader empowers others leading to the most
effective, efficient, and sustainable efforts by the team overall.
Technical:
Experience or the ability to learn a wide range of approaches, tools, and policies related to working with children
(especially Infants, Toddlers, and PreK) and families; strong preference for experiences within a local church setting.
Experience managing Volunteers – recruitment, training, assessment, scheduling, appreciation, and more; strongly
preference for experiences within a local church setting.
· Experience or the ability to master key support tools, such as Church Management Software (Church Community
Builder), Calendar & Event Management (Google), Team Communication Tools (Slack), Common Office software
(Microsoft Office), and other related work tools used within the RHC work space.
