Job Description:
Reformation Bible College (RBC) is seeking a dedicated Dean of Students and faculty member to oversee the spiritual care of our students.
As Dean of Students, you will nurture the spiritual growth of students through mentoring, prayer, and discipleship. You will teach at least two courses per semester and work closely with faculty and staff to promote the academic and spiritual formation of every on-campus RBC student.
The ideal candidate will have a heart for discipleship and a passion for equipping undergraduate students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual care and discipleship through meetings, prayer, and engagement in student life.
- Teach at least two courses (6 credits) per semester.
- Oversee the Student Care Team and work with faculty, staff, and college administration to support student well-being.
- Encourage student involvement in chapel, church life, and Christian service.
- Organize events focused on spiritual growth and practical Christian living.
- Support RBC’s vision, purpose, distinctives, and convictions in all aspects of student life.
Position Qualifications:
- Meets the pastoral qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Ordained or ordainable in a denomination that affirms either the Three Forms of Unity, Westminster Standards, or the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith.
- Ability to affirm the Ligonier Statement of Faith: Extended Version.
- Terminal degree (PhD preferred) in theology, biblical studies, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in higher education or pastoral ministry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and pastoral care skills.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, Florida. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $88,000 – $115,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
