Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the local church, strong administrative skills, and a gift for connecting with people of all ages and stages of life. This role focuses on overseeing discipleship initiatives, welcoming and integrating new members, and leading ministries for young families, children, youth, and young adults. Additionally, the Associate Pastor will spearhead evangelism and outreach efforts to extend the gospel into our community.

- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a call to pastoral ministry.
- Agreement with the church’s statement of faith.
- In full agreement with the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, the Nashville Statement, and the Ligonier Statement on Christology.
- A bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (Master of Divinity preferred).
- Proven experience in church ministry leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ministries simultaneously.
- A heart for discipleship, outreach, and serving the church body.
