Associate pastor: First Baptist Church, Dilley, Texas
Job Description:
The associate pastor will serve along side the senior pastor in sermon prep, visiting church members, and other pastoral responsibilities. He will teach the youth Sunday school class and their Wednesday night gathering. He will also help develop our outreach ministry. Our goal is to provide useful pastoral experience in a rural church setting so that he can serve here as long as the Lord leads or serve as pastor in another church.
