Job Description:
North Park Church (NPC) exists to “Make disciples of Jesus who WORSHIP God passionately, CONNECT with each other in caring community, and IMPACT the world through word and deed.” The Assistant Pastor of Youth and Discipleship will embody this mission by leading an energetic, Christ-centered ministry for middle and high school students (grades 6-12) and equipping their families to nurture NPC’S youth into growing disciples of Christ. This role requires a vibrant leader with a passion for youth, a heart for Biblical teaching and counseling, and an evangelical zeal for outreach. Position Qualifications:
Ordained or ordainable as a male Teaching Elder in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) through the Presbytery of the Alleghenies.
3-5 years of pastoral ministry experience.
Strong teaching gifts and experience in youth ministry or family discipleship.
