Job Summary
The Assistant Pastor of Students & Community Life serves as a full-time collaborative team member who provides gospel-centered, relationally focused, directional leadership to advance NCF’s mission, focusing on the areas of student ministry (i.e., grades 6-12) and community life (i.e., small groups, integration, as well as fellowship and outreach gatherings)
Spiritual + Professional Requirements:
• Displays an abiding love for Christ, a shepherd’s heart, and gospel winsomeness for Christ’s church and the world.
• Embraces NCF’s theological framework and mission.
• Displays a passion to pursue students for Christ and equipping both students and their families to live out the gospel in a suburban ministry setting.
• Demonstrated ministry experience in recruiting, equipping, and leading a team of ministry leaders.
• Exercises initiative and discernment as a self-starter and team player.
• Able to move ministry ideas to implementation with humility, grace, and excellence.
• Practical verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate settings.
• Is ordained or ordainable in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

New Covenant Fellowship (PCA) is a growing, medium-sized church that averages 200— 230 in worship attendance each week. By God’s grace, NCF has experienced steady numerical and spiritual growth for the last three years. We celebrate the ways God is at work in and throughout our worshiping community, evidenced by gospel growth, renewal, and changing lives.
