Administrative Assistant, Global Outreach: Ligonier Ministries

Ligonier Ministries is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Global Outreach department, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly contribute to the advancement of the gospel worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide support to Global Outreach directors, including scheduling, travel planning, submitting work request tickets, handling credit card reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant of Global Outreach with scheduling and coordination of meetings, both within the department and across teams.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with credit card reports, submission of purchase orders and payment requests, work request tickets and mailings.
  • Submit and track giveaway resource requests.
  • Data entry and maintaining important departmental spreadsheets.
  • Organize paperwork and files for the book review process, ensuring resources are efficiently brought to reviewers.
  • Catalog third-party resources.
  • Assists with organizing guest campus visits and tours.
  • Contribute to various special projects as needed.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support as required.

Position Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative office work.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in management, business, or communications is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and grace.
  • A commitment to excellence in organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • A commitment to Reformed theology and Ligonier’s General Statement of Faith.
  • A background in a ministry setting is preferred.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, Florida.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $19.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
