What You’ll Do:
  • Engage directly with pastors, elders, and church leaders, helping them discover how Ligonier’s resources can serve their discipleship efforts.
  • Serve as an advocate for churches, listening to their needs and providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
  • Provide onboarding support for churches using Ligonier Connect, ensuring a smooth and effective experience.
  • Communicate proactively with church leaders, addressing inquiries, offering support, and strengthening engagement through routine check-ins.
  • Serves as a theological consultant for church leadership and laity, providing discipleship concepts or curated lists from Ligonier’s published resources and promoting Ligonier’s learning platforms
  • Maintain accurate records in Ligonier’s CRM, tracking church engagement and resource adoption.
  • Represent Ligonier at conferences and events, serving as an ambassador for our ministry.
  • Travel up to 15%, including occasional international trips, to support church partnerships.

Position Qualifications:

What You Bring:
  • A four-year degree (required).
  • Theological education or experience in local church leadership (preferred).
  • Five or more years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Public speaking experience (preferred).
  • A strong awareness of denominational distinctives with a heart for serving churches across theological traditions.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and offer thoughtful responses.
  • Technological proficiency and experience with Mac OS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other video conferencing platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset, with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Agreement with Ligonier’s Core Statement of Faith.
This is designed to be an in-person role on our campus in Sanford, Florida; however, a hybrid arrangement may be available for the right candidate. This position is for a non-profit Christian organization located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $36.00 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
