Thinking about church planting or being on a church planting team?  What are the issues to consider?  What’s the difference between planting and pastoring? How do you know if church planting is for you?

Clint Wilcke, Ministry Coordinator for the MidSouth Church Planting Network, and Jim Hatch, Mission to North America’s Church Planter Development Director, will host a free Chick-fil-a lunch Thursday, April 2 in Sam Patterson Student Center at 12:00 pm. Come explore what a church planter does and what qualities are required.

Jim and Clint will provide tips on how to actually discover and practice church planting right now, where you are, without changing churches or leaving seminary. This lunch will be helpful for everyone headed toward vocational ministry, whether or not church planting is in view. Regardless of the ministry the Lord is calling you to, come to the student center to meet these two men, and enjoy their presentation while eating Chick-fil-a!

Register for the lunch by completing this registration page. For those who are interested in speaking with Clint and Jim individually, they will be available to meet with students from 9:00-11:30 and 1:30-3:00 during 30 minutes slots. Students can sign up for those meetings by clicking here.
