Understanding how the Church ought to interact with politics is an important issue facing Christians today. Organized by Women in Ministry, the entire campus community is encouraged to attend this event. Childcare will be provided, as well as appetizers and desserts.
The Dr. Duncan forum will address and answer questions related to the following issues:
- Church fathers’ example of political engagement
- Understanding our engagement as individual Christians and as a corporate church body
- Intersectional nature of politics and morality
- Impact of hospitality in opening doors to those on the “other side” of many political debates
- Pragmatics of dealing with political situations within the Church
