Youth and Children Pastor/ Director: Living Stone Community Church
Job Description:
- Provide oversight and discernment for the vision and mission of the children and youth ministry at LSCC.
- Demonstrate a heart for evangelism and missions.
- Supervise, nurture, develop, and train volunteer teachers.
- Design and implement programs that foster spiritual growth in children and family.
- Equip parents to disciple their children and strengthen inter-family relationships.
- Maintain a mission-focused approach in all activities and programs.
- Oversee, support, or collaborate with pastors in serving young family cell groups.
- Be flexible and willing to teach or substitute when volunteers are unavailable.
- Recruit, prepare, and train others to serve in children and youth ministry.
- Prepare and manage the ministry schedule.
- Teach at least three to four times per month.
- Have a personal testimony of salvation and baptism.
- Exhibit a passion for children and youth ministry.
- Will consider to develop into a full-time Pastor/ Director in the coming year.
Position Qualifications:
Candidates inquiring for this opening should hold at minimum an undergraduate degree, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and exhibit effective team leadership quality.

Living Stone Community Church, located in Central Florida, is looking for their Children and youth Ministry Pastor/Director. The primary goal of this Ministry Director is to lead children and youth into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by cultivating exciting, caring, and engaging environments where they can discover how God’s Word can change their lives and how they can grow into a 4C (commit, connect, care, and coach) disciples of Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience cultivating these kinds of environments, teaching & working with children, and building teams. This individual will oversee all ministries to children aged birth-5th grade and youth aged from 6th grade to 12 grade. He/She will also demonstrate a passion for raising up great leaders to build ministry teams well equipped to invest into the lives of all
