Southern Calvert Baptist Church (SCBC), just minutes away from scenic Solomons Island, is seeking a Next-Gen Associate Pastor to lead and oversee ministries from children through high school. With a thriving children’s ministry that reaches over 100 kids each week, this role is vital to discipling young lives and equipping leaders for long-term impact. The main focus of the Next Generation (Next-Gen) Associate Pastor will be Children and Youth Ministries – infants through 12th grade.
Position Qualifications:
The Next-Gen Associate Pastor is to oversee the Christian Education ministries and activities of the church for children through high school and serve as the Youth Ministry Team Leader.
