Focused on the church’s core vision of “connecting the valley with Christ,” the associate pastor serves as a key leader in mobilizing the congregation for outreach and spiritual formation. This involves fostering spiritual growth through preaching, teaching, discipleship programs, and pastoral care, ensuring members are deeply rooted in faith and prepared to share it. By working collaboratively with the senior pastor, the associate pastor will help amplify the church’s impact, making Christ accessible and relevant throughout the valley.

Position Qualifications:
Basic Requirements of the Associate Pastor
• Mature walk with God through a relationship with Jesus Christ
• Master of Divinity (and eligibility for ordination in the CRC)
• Preferably bi-lingual Spanish/English (but not required)
• Pastoral, preaching, leadership, outreach and administrative skills
