Pastoral Resident: All Souls Anglican Church
Job Description:
Vision: All Souls seeks a Curate/Pastoral Resident for a 2-3 year residency. The aim of the curacy is to develop and equip the curate in the skills of parish ministry and leadership in a dynamic, urban Anglican context, while supporting the Rector in building up the church relationally and operationally at this key stage in church planting and development.
Position Qualifications:
Responsibilities: The All Souls resident/curate will engage all aspects of parish life: worship, evangelism, discipleship, administration and pastoral care. Areas of emphasis will include leadership of volunteer leaders and teams, events, operations, and preaching on rotation.
