Pastor of Community and Mission

Job Description:

Hope Chapel is searching for a full-time and experienced pastor to serve as Pastor of
Community and Mission, part of a three-member Leadership Team that will share authority
equally. Joining our existing Pastor of Assimilation & Discipleship and our Director of
Worship, this pastor will primarily focus on preaching, shepherding, and equipping our
church community. He will work with the Leadership Team to bring oversight and fresh
vision to our local outreach and global missions

Position Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS
• Master of Divinity or equivalent and ordained (or able to be) in the
Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church
• Good faith and robust subscription to The Westminster Confession of Faith
• Pastoral and/or ministry leadership experience
• Qualifications of elder as stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
• Active commitment to a rich, intimate devotional life with Christ
