About Dr. Clark
Dr. Clark is a licensed clinical psychologist, a licensed professional counselor, and a certified clinical supervisor in Virginia. He has been in private practice for over 30 years in the DC area, seeing individuals and couples for therapy. He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary (studying under Dr. Larry Crabb and Dr. Dan Allender). In the late 1980’s he co-founded The Lay Counselor Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to training individuals to provide lay counseling in the local church. Bill is also an adjunct professor at Cairn University. He’s married to Debbie and has two adult sons, Adam and Alex.
